  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    All of our order will be shipped within 5 business days for the items we have in stock. If your order becomes out of stock, you will be notified by email. Orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of order.
  • Where can I find more of your products?
    In 2023, we decided to launch our new website with the ability to purchase some of our most popular items. We are still working on adding all of our products, but until then, please feel free to check out our distributors page!
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Northern Michigan.
  • Do you make custom screwdriver tips?
    We can make custom tips upon request. Please submit your dimensions in the inquire box on our contact page. While we do our best to create precise dimensions we do not accept returns for any custom orders.
  • Can I purchase a replacement tool?
    Yes! If you find that you are in need of replacement tool, please go to our "Shop" tab and find the "Replacements" page. There you will be able to find all of the replacements items we offer for purchase.
  • Forever Guarantee
    Forever Guarantee ​​​​​​​As an American made small business company, Grace USA strives to create quality tools that our customers can put their trust in. That's why we created our forever guarantee program. If your tool has become defective with normal wear and tear, we will replace it for you at no charge. We simply ask that you pay for shipping & handling for your replacement tool. Please go to our listing "Forever Guarantee" or type in SKU "FG". Once you add the item to cart, please click on the "add note" button and specify which tool you need replaced. If you are located outside of the USA, please email us to determine shipping charges.
  • Return Policy
    We are thrilled to offer our customers both exceptional products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your unused product to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. (We'll also pay the return shipping if you received an incorrect item or a defective product). Returns delivered past the return window, or orders that show wear will be shipped back to the customer and refused for return. If you need assistance with an exchange or return, please provide us with the: -Customer Name -Shipping Address -Order Number Nothing makes us happier than building lifelong relationships with our customers.
